What are your shipping costs?
Shipping for a Space Magenta, Space Riff Raff, or Hedwig wig is $15 per wig. Shipping for any other wig is $8. These costs are included when you click on the "Buy Now" button. I combine shipping when you purchase multiple wigs, so if you've overpaid, let me know. Overnight shipping is extra, obviously!

How long will it take me to get my wig?
I usually take about 4-6 weeks to ship a wig. There are definite exceptions to this. If you give me a specific date you need the wig by (the best way to go) you will receive the wig by that date. If you need a wig in a few days, I can even do that, as long as you pay for the overnight shipping! A more complicated wig like Space Magenta will take longer than the usual waiting period.

No, really...where is my order?
Sometimes I get swamped or orders get mixed up, so please, if you haven't received your order yet, bother me in email and the situation will be rectified!

What types of payment do you accept?
Cash, money orders, personal checks, and PayPal (which I prefer). Email me if you need non-PayPal details.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Most definitely! I do charge extra for shipping overseas. Please email me for a shipping quote if you are outside the U.S.!

I don't like the wig I received. Can I get a refund?
You can't return your wig...but you can exchange it for a different wig. I am always trying to find better, more accurate wigs for my customers, and sometimes my eye for detail is a bit different from the customer's. If you tell me what's wrong, I guarantee I will try my hardest to fix the problem. If you don't tell me something's wrong, I can't fix the problem!

I need a wig that's not listed on your site. Help!
Email me! We can work it out! I have made many wigs out of the Rocky Horror ream and love to do custom orders!

Will you wash/restyle my wig for me?
I will restyle your wig for $15 (includes return shipping). Unless it's a Space Magenta wig, which will take $25 to restyle. For most wigs, you can do it yourself. Sometimes, though, if a wig is old and well-worn, you may not be able to save it. It's time to let it die and buy a new one.

Why are your prices are so high?
Believe it or not, I barely make any money doing this! I strive to have costume contest-worthy, screen accurate wigs that last a long time, and sometimes my base materials cost almost the full price I have up on the site. I am always trying to lower my prices. Some wigs also have a cheaper, discount version available. And you can buy used wigs in my Bargain Bin section, which will definitely ease up on your wallet! Remember that all prices are subject to change depending on the cost of my supplies.

Your wigs are too expensive for my budget. Can we do a trade for costume pieces or other services?
